Governance

The Hague School Foundation is a non-stock corporation with a sole Trustee who is elected annually, and overseen by the Board of Directors of the Hague School, 501(c)(3).  

The directors of The Hague School are defined as the Members of the foundation, and they have the power to elect and replace the Trustee and to amend the bylaws. Copies of our articles of incorporation and bylaws are available upon request by prospective donors.   Contact admin@hagueschoolfoundation.org.

Our founding Trustee is Andrew Stillman, elected to the role on Nov 8th, 2023 to serve a term ending at The Hague School's next annual meeting.   Learn more about The Hague School board of directors.

All EISTCP donations are managed in accordance with VA EISTCP guidelines.  Less than 10% of EISTCP funds may be used for grant program administration costs.
